And here’s her e-mail to me:

Now you have some slime like “Beth whatever” which (yes which) might well be some male scammer; wonder if anybody tried to trace this sucker…

Out of curiosity… has anyone come up with a good explanation of BethPerry? I can only think that it’s a pretty neat harvester. What confuses me is whoever it was who said they’d got another message back after replying to BP. I can’t think what purpose that would satisfy for a harvester… thay’ve got your email address, why should they carry on talking to you?
PS. Like the bulk of people on this thread, I never respond to unsolicited stuff until I’ve checked it out. It’s quite amusing how devious some of the scams are getting.
