I could almost afford a 914, but not a numbers-matching 2.0L flat-six version…	I really picked this over anything else on auction week just based on the orange color.	I don’t know what to say about this pick, so it is a good thing a picture is worth 1,000 words.

If I was making 25% more money than I was in 2004, I’d have bought one of these instead of a Miata.	Although, when we finally do buy a 4×4 vehicle it will probably be a Wrangler, this is so cool looking.	There were two BMW wagons available on BAT when I looked, but this one is just a bit nicer IMHO.

It is called a +2 because it has rear seats but they are just kid sized.	Toyota’s answer to the older Jeep Gladiators.	Had one of these when on Guam, it too had an automatic too.

If you are going to be literally buzzing around in one of these, might as well look like a bee.	This is great for off-road adventuring and could almost work as my touring pick as well.	I could actually live long-term with this car, unlike the first two picks this week.

This BAT seller is located in Portland, OR and always has some very nice cars listed. And the way the cars are photographed always make for great computer wallpaper.

Seen a few of these before and never saw one that made me go “Wow”, until this one.	This is probably the 10th Defender I have chosen for this spot, so that it is now almost cliché.	This was a close winner over my cliché car for this spot, an early 2000s BMW M5.
