In 2017, when Donna retired, she was relegated to driving our non-Miata, a 2010 Hyundai Sonata. She was having trouble in parking lots at the gym because of the large car and small spaces. It was really hard for her when backing up because of her height and how tall the back end of the car was. Had this been 2016, when backup cameras were mandated, she probably still would have wanted a smaller car. She wanted something that was a lot smaller than the Sonata and something slightly bigger than the Miata.
