Happy Four-Twenty Day

In my near 3 score years on this planet I have forgotten more things that I’ve done than I really care to quantify. I refer to this blog sometimes as my electronic memory because in the dozen years I’ve been blogging, if I have needed to fact check something that might have happened to me since 2002, I’ll look for it here. Some might want to blame that memory issue on all the pot I smoked between the ages of 17 and 27, but the evidence is inconclusive as I can still recite backwards the list of ingredients in a McDonalds Big Mac sandwich in their correct order which was learned during the peak of those years.

Because today’s date has become some sort of marijuana holiday I discovered several pot themed article in my usual internet surfing today. I was also relieved that in the 3+ decades since my last personal brush with the stuff, the top 3 names were some I used to use; 1) Weed, 2) Pot & 3) Bud. But I was also not surprised to find that three others that I commonly used were now near the bottom; 29) Wacky tabacky, 30) Grass & 31) Dope. Most deserved nickname: 8) Miley Cyrus. Weirdest: 32) Hit by a Bus.
