Nice break in the weather today. it was still warm after work, so this afternoon, Donna and I took the long way home.* It will be back to winter by Friday as the temps will fall into the upper 20’s overnight.
* I just now read through the lyrics of Took the Long Way Home and they are rather depressing. I’m the kind of guy who just listens to the music and doesn’t pay much attention to the words (I guess I treat the singer as just another instrument.) Supertramp always seems to sound so upbeat. Maybe I better go check on the lyrics of In The Quietest Moments, it’s probably about death or something.
