  1. Wow, nice find. Did you look for that or just remember about it? The wording was changed i 2010. It now reads:

    Whenever practicable, the left turn shall be made to the left of the center of the intersection and so as to exit the intersection or other location in the extreme left-hand lane lawfully available to traffic moving in the same direction as the turning vehicle on the roadway being entered

    A little clearer, but what is the definition of “practicable”?

    John remembered it! He might forget what day it is, but one small item about fighting a traffic violation, he will remember ’til death! Yep that’s clear as mud.
