I have it, too. So do 2 of the three sons (none of whom live at home … must be genetic transference : -) )
Son #2 suggested I try Zicam … it really does seem to reduce the symptoms. It’s a zinc tablet that dissolves very quickly and doesn’t leave my mouth with that metallic dry feeling/taste. You might give it a shot …
