  1. Jean and I are happy that Donna is doing well. That’s excellent. It’s excellent to plan on a walk or ride. Jean would get cabin fever and a little outside time, a ride or whatever, would do wonders.

We had our club’s “Detail Day” today. Jean made food and set up stuff along with the usual workers. We had Meguiars reps there and must have washed, clayed, buffed and waxed a dozen miatae, and one Merc CLK that slipped in there somehow. Great day, now we are beat but smiling.

We are thinking of you both.

    One day at a time,
    Brent and Jean

  2. Didn’t get on the bike and didn’t make the woods, but we did get out early, drive to the next town over and walk on their paved 1 mile fitness trail. Theirs is much nicer than the one in Aiken because about half of it passes through some woods and it has a couple nice elevation changes.

I’m jealous, always wanted to try and clay bar the Miata, but for various reasons have never tried it. I’m sure it is easier than the descriptions make it sound…

  3. Clay bar is a piece of cake. Wash, clay, wax, step back and admire.

Jean had chemo today. She has three weeks off between treatments. After so many treatments where she got chemo every week this cycle seems like a vacation, to all of us. Firday I’ll give her her nuprogen shot (i think that stuff is cool so i don’t mind playing dr.) to save a 50 mile drive back to the dr’s office.

I know Donna is doing fine with your support and didn’t phone jean, totally understandable. Just remember the offer is always open. We set up a forum for Jean when we did our Drive to Survive fundraiser. Not a soul uses it but if Donna wanted some kind of exchange other than a phone call she is welcome to use it. Just warn me so I can have Jean read and respond to her post. And there is always email.

    Be well, guys,
    Brent
