Been back most of the day, but I’m just now back computing. Installed the second half of my birthday present to myself this afternoon. I’ve got the basics loaded back on the fresh new hard drive, so I’ve still got a lot of software left to install. Those will happen when there is a requirement to use them.
While XP installed I went out and washed the car. It was quite dirty because at least 50% of the roads we traveled this weekend were wet.

I soooo want to take Jenne and Red 5 on a road trip to Deals Gap and The Dragon. I also want my buddy Steve-o and his wife Debbie and his MINI S, Zergling to go with us. Damn that looks like so much fun and so many cool photo ops.
I got the MINI Cooper 8-Ball decal in the mail yesterday! Thanks a lot. I have seen them on the MINI forums at NorthAmericanMotoring.Com. Pretty cool. And I am becoming a car guy now that I own a MINI… lol! Thanks again, Brian.

The “Gap” is a must experience road. It is only a 5 hour drive for us, so we try and get there a couple times a year. While the Dragon is the icing, the rest of the cake (local roads) make it a very enjoyable trip. I know the folks at the Mini2 Forums organize a trip there each spring…
