Winter Returns

Not with a bang, but our more nor­mal weather returned with a pass­ing front last night. How easy we became used to the warmer temps. Today at quit­ting time it was sunny and lower 50s, but we left the top up because it was “cold.” In another cou­ple of weeks we will be putting the top down in those conditions…

Con­grat­u­la­tions. If you are read­ing this it means I have suc­cess­fully imple­mented Mov­able Type’s Future Pub­lish­ing fea­ture. I wrote this shortly after the Win­ter Returns post and set it to be pub­lished at 9:22. Didn’t work the first time, I had entered the path wrong. Didn?t work the sec­ond time, I had to CHMOD the script to 755.

I can now work like those big time nation­ally syn­di­cated colum­nists and write out my mate­r­ial before I go on vaca­tion and the blog will look like I am hard at work every night sit­ting in front of my com­puter. Now all I need is some actual content…
